Overview

Join us for an interactive Leadership Workshop designed to strengthen leadership fundamentals, align on our expectations for leaders, and practice the skills that drive high-performing, healthy teams. This session blends short concept briefings with hands-on exercises, peer discussion, and practical tools participants can apply immediately.

Who it’s for

  • People managers and team leads
  • Emerging leaders and high-potential individual contributors stepping into leadership responsibilities
  • Cross-functional project leads who influence without direct authority

Objectives (what participants will leave with)

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Clarify what “good leadership” looks like in our context (behaviors, standards, and decision principles)
  • Communicate with more structure and impact (especially in high-stakes or ambiguous situations)
  • Coach for growth using a repeatable framework (feedback, development plans, and accountability)
  • Improve delegation and ownership so work scales without losing quality
  • Navigate conflict and difficult conversations with confidence and empathy
  • Create clear goals and follow-through rituals that improve execution

Key topics

  • Leading self first: mindset, credibility, and values-based decision-making
  • Communication & alignment: setting direction, context-setting, and running effective 1:1s
  • Coaching & feedback: SBI/STAR feedback, feedforward, and growth conversations
  • Delegation & accountability: levels of ownership, decision rights, and follow-up loops
  • Team dynamics: psychological safety, inclusion, and managing conflict productively
  • Execution leadership: priorities, trade-offs, and building predictable delivery habits

Format

  • Short teaching segments (10–15 minutes each)
  • Small-group breakouts and role-play scenarios
  • Real-case problem solving (participants can bring a current leadership challenge)
  • Reflection prompts and personal action planning
