What this program sets out to do
Our core mission is to host engaging workshops that connect local youth with the modern digital world. As internet use rapidly grows across Kiribati, we focus on helping high school students and young adults build essential skills for their future. Through these programs, we empower participants by strengthening their abilities in leadership, career planning, financial literacy, and online safety.

Learning Impact (Confidence & Understanding)
- CV Confidence: Prior to the presentation, the majority of students reported "some" or "a little" confidence; after the presentation, the metric shifted heavily toward students feeling "mostly" or "very" confident.
- Career Confidence: Prioritized before/after data shows a substantial increase in students moving into the "mostly" and "very" confident tiers regarding their future career planning.
- Digital Respect & Smart Internet Use: Post-workshop data shows a definitive positive shift toward higher levels of student understanding and smart digital practices.
